Adoption Listings
G.o.M.o Pets is not responsible for verifying the adoption homes. All verification and due diligence should be conducted by the adopting and listing parties.
Conditional Refunds for Services
For appointments and consultations, we offer conditional refunds if the service does not meet the customer’s expectations. For example, if a pet grooming session is unsatisfactory, we will provide a partial refund or a complimentary follow-up session.
Certified Services
All clinics, pet grooming services, and veterinarians listed on G.o.M.o Pets are certified, ensuring quality and professional care for your pets.
Seller Verification and Reviews
At G.o.M.o Pets, both our customers and sellers are our top priority. The G.o.M.o Team will verify seller businesses to ensure authenticity and maintain a trustworthy marketplace. Customers can report sellers using forged images. If a seller’s reviews fall below 2.5 stars for more than three consecutive months, their account will be flagged and potentially suspended. G.o.M.o Pets will not be responsible for any clashes or exchanges between parties.
Shipping Policy
Shipping of products will be arranged directly between the seller and buyer. G.o.M.o Pets is not responsible for the shipping process.
